BDU "Burlesque Revival at the Folly" photos by Angela Bond
The fine art of burlesque is a little more than just shimmying and bumping. There's a variety show element involved as well, showcasing the talents of performers from fire eaters to singers. On Saturday, burlesque returned to its former stomping grounds in Kansas City at the Folly Theater for a night of performances heavy on local talent.
