"Around the World in 80 Days" review by Rachel Murphy

The story is well known, but the staging for this production is fresh and vibrant. The Spencer Theatre at UMKC is transformed into a rich and versatile facsimile of a wood carving of 18th century London. Without massive set changes, Fogg traverses the globe on trains, steamer boats, elephants and sledges.
