“This record is truly the story of my 20s,” Buxton, 29, a Lawrence native, said from her home in Nashville recently. “I had a lot of ups and downs in my life through that time. This record documents some of the key moments. You can see I was searching, searching, searching, and now I feel like I have found a home.”
