I love Mel Brooks’ movie, “Young Frankenstein,” but I confess I only liked the touring Broadway musical version playing through Sunday at the Music Hall, 201 W. 13th. Which I guess is like saying I crave chocolate ice cream, but am merely fond of vanilla. The truth is that I’ll have a scoop of each every time!
