Dan and Kristina Frank told KMBC's Bev Chapman that they were looking for a way to pass on their passion. Kristina played the violin in the K.U. Symphony. Dan was a cantor at church and played the trumpet when he was a kid. But both admit their skills never came close to those of their children.
