Metropolitan Ensemble "Piano Lesson" preview by Robert Trussell

At last we get to see an August Wilson drama up close. Wilson, who died in 2005, made theater history with his 10-play cycle about the African-American experience in the 20th century. He wrote big, ambitious plays, each one set in a specific decade, enlivened by his infallible ear for compelling dialogue. For his efforts he twice won the Pulitzer Prize.
