Harriman-Jewell, Jean-Yves Thibaudet review by John Heuertz
French pianist Jean-Yves Thibaudet presented an all-Liszt program Friday night at the Folly Theater in Kansas City as part of this year's Harriman-Jewell Series. At times an all-Liszt musical evening might sound aimless, disjointed or arrestingly dull. But say what you will about Franz Liszt's music: the man definitely understood value for money.
