Actor Jeff East moved back to Kansas City a few years ago to get away from the Hollywood craziness. Didn’t work. Back in the early ’70s, East played Huck in screen adaptations of Mark Twain’s “Tom Sawyer” and “Huckleberry Finn” and went on to portray young Clark Kent in the Christopher Reeve “Superman.” And now the 53-year-old actor is busier than ever.
