Film financing seminar at Avila

Before becoming a filmmaker and professor of film and digital media at Avila University’s School of Visual and Communication Arts, Ben Meade spent 25 years working as a stock broker. “Now, I get to do what I want to do,” a smiling Meade told an audience of around 50 at a film financing town hall meeting sponsored by the Institute for International Film Financing on July 22 at Avila’s Whitfield Center.
