The Momix dance group presented an inventive, playful display of dance and effects inspired by the natural world Friday night in “Botanica.” Momix was formed in 1980 by Moses Pendleton, one of the founding members of Pilobolus Dance Theater. Using talented, athletic dancers, this production heavily relied on props, video projections and lighting effects to create searing, memorable images. The show was part of the Johnson County Community College’s Performing Arts Series.
