KC Fringe "If It Weren't For All the Assholes" performance from "Cultural Confrontation"

This song is from the musical, "Cultural Confrontation," one of the many shows that were part of the Kansas City Fringe Festival in July 2012. Music and lyrics (as well as the entire play) were written by Jack Phillips. The song is performed by Carter Ellis, Tafik Muhammad, Jamie Lin, & Bethany Hall.

"Cultural Confrontation" examines the disparities between the haves and have nots (Us and Them, respectively, in the musical). It is an honest and satirical look at both conservative and liberal ideologies with an emphasis on the interconnectedness of all mankind, including both the rich and the poor.
