Topeka Civic Theatre "Laughter on the 23rd Floor" review by Phil Grecian

"Laughter on the 23rd Floor" is one of Neil Simon's three most exquisitely crafted plays. The other two are "The Sunshine Boys" and "The Odd Couple." You can vote for any one of the Brighton Beach Trilogy as you like, but they are uneven mixes of comedy and tragedy that quickly can become loveless and mean.
