Musical theater fans in Kansas City look out across the country and what do they see? They see “Jersey Boys,” a hit show based on the career of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, slated to play Indianapolis; Milwaukee; Minneapolis; and Columbus, Ohio. But not right here at the Music Hall.
