The inspiration for “Anat’s Dance,” the title of a selection
performed by the Anat Cohen Quartet at the Folly Theater on Friday,
wasn’t difficult to discern. Cohen spent much of the evening rapturously
swaying, displaying uninhibited salsa moves and pumping a fist in the
air.
