Bill Shapiro of Kansas City is a tax attorney at Dysart Taylor Lay Cotter & McMonigle and host of KCUR’s “Cyprus Avenue.” The popular-music program airs Saturdays at 1 p.m. with a rebroadcast at 7 p.m. Shapiro will also host “Back on Cyprus Avenue,” a music and contemporary dance performance with the Wylliams-Henry Contemporary Dance Company, at the Folly Theater, www.follytheater.org, at 8 p.m. Oct. 22.
