You want a motorcycle movie? Here's one for you. And it doesn't even star Fonda, Brando, or Travolta. It's real. It's unbelievable. It actually happened. One spring, Sjaak (pronounced "shock") Lucassen set out to see the world — on the equipment he felt the most comfortable with, his Yamaha R1 Superbike. He drove it across 75 countries, traversing a total of 154,568 miles in five years. But "drove" could be arguably too generous a description. In some cases, Sjaak actually dragged the machine through the muddy Congo, the hottest and longest deserts, and the most extreme terrain. As one could imagine, the challenges were countless and nearly back-breaking.
