Phil Kinen profile by Tom Ryan

The sun set behind the trees in Shawnee Mission Park on a Thursday evening and Phil Kinen mixed with his cast on stage, talking, listening, laughing and directing, too. The stage manager distributed lollipops. This was the night for the first technical run-through of his latest project, Jesus Christ Superstar.

  1. this website is nothing but a giant link farm. i think it's ridiculous that you promote yourselves as some kind of arts publication from kansas city when all you do is link out to other people's work. it's exploitative and shameful.
