Ron Megee is so done with zombies. Kansas City’s singular stage parodist certainly knows all about
the walking dead. A few years ago he directed a stage adaptation (not
his) of “Night of the Living Dead,” and later he directed screenwriter
Mitch Brian’s “Maul of the Dead.” Lots of zombies in those shows. Actors
even had to go to zombie class. But now he’s on to a new menace: contaminated, flesh-eating cannibals.
