Unicorn "Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson" review by Steve Wilson

It is election year and my vote goes to . . . Andrew Jackson, or rather “Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson”, now playing at the Unicorn Theatre. The show opened on Friday night to a sell-out crowd in the main theater. Hilarious does not begin to describe the musical rendition of the life and presidency of Andrew Jackson, played by Shea Coffman. From the first moment when Jackson’s mom is killed by cholera or Indians (your choice) to the cast leaving the stage for the final time it is a riotous romp through history.
