ArtsKC President Harlan Brownlee argues for regional cultural plan
The cultural renaissance taking place in Kansas City has prompted a question at the Arts Council. “How do we make the most of the momentum that has been created and take the arts to the next level?” The answer strongly suggests that Kansas City develop a regional cultural plan.
