The recent documentary film “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” gets its title from the real-life experience of its subject. A new film about Kansas City artist Jim Leedy, “Leedy: The Documentary,” takes a simpler, more straightforward approach. The difference between the two films prompts something to think about.
