UMKC alum gets premiere at Brooklyn Academy of Music
On December 7, “Gravity Radio,” a composition by Mikel Rouse, UMKC Conservatory of Music and Dance Alumnus and New York composer, performer and director, premiered at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Rouse and his work was previewed by the New York Times, which described his Dec. 7 performance as “unleashing a creative deluge.”
