Topeka musician Elbert "Big Woody" Davis killed in crash

Osage County Sheriff Laurie Dunn on Tuesday identified popular local musician, Elbert W. "Big Woody" Davis Jr., as the man killed Monday night in a high-speed chase with deputies that began in Osage County and ended in a wreck in southern Shawnee County.
