Richard Fink "Rigoletto" interview by Robert Trussell
A slew of famous people grew up in the small town of Massillon, Ohio — famous athletes, actors, politicians and songwriters, to name a few. The roll includes basketball coach Bob Knight and football coach Paul Brown, as well as film star Lillian Gish and character actor David Canary. Add to that list Richard Paul Fink, a star of grand opera, a bass-baritone who is in Kansas City to play the title role in Verdi’s “Rigoletto” for the Lyric Opera.
