If you’ve always wanted to put ‘Hamlet’ onstage but thought the lead was too mopey, this is the show for you!
The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) (also known as The Compleat Works of Wllm Shkspr (Abridged) has been described as “an anarchic mix of pratfalls, puns and clean-cut ribaldry” and also as “a hilarious romp through all 36 Shakespeare plays (sonnets, too!) all done in 97 minutes”.
If you are interested in applying to direct please send a resume to octa.directors@olathetheatre.org by March 26, 2010.
Show dates will be March 11-13, 18-20 and 25-27, 2011. For further information, please contact Josh Davenport, Season Selection Committee Chairman at jdavenport6@gmail.com.
