Carlsen Center "Moulin Rogue" preview by Patrick Neas
The Moulin Rouge, famously associated with the high-kicking can-can,
the quadrille and other dances, seems the perfect setting for a
full-length ballet. Choreographer Jorden Morris had the brilliant idea
to create a ballet set in the milieu of the Parisian theater, using
fictional and real characters.
