Fundraiser for "Kansas City: The Pendergast Era" documentary

With the Kauffman Performing Arts Center and Google`s ultra high speed internet on the way it has never been a more important time to educate Kansas City on its artistic roots. Kansas City during the prohibition era gave birth to the careers of some of America`s best artists Ernest Hemingway, Walt Disney, Joan Crawford, Count Basie, Charlie Parker, Lester Young, Jackson Pollock, Robert Altman, Nelly Don and also began other legendary organizations such as the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Theatres, Disney Studios and all of the creators of Hollywood animation.
