Consider for a moment the jazz organ group. It might seem stuck in the past, associated with smoky barrooms of the ’60s or early ’70s — a funky and fun relic, but a relic nonetheless. The Deep Blue Organ Trio, coming to the Blue Room on Saturday, would have you believe otherwise.
