Kansas City's Whatsoever Community Center is busily working to create new musicians and to give a creative outlet to Kansas City youth. The community center has recognized that teens and preteens need some place to go where they can channel their energy into a positive outcome. The Whatsoever Community Center is seeking volunteers, as many as possible, to help teach kids in both musical and visual arts, and these volunteers could become staff members when the program secures funding grants from the business community.
