Kansas Arts Commission asks NEA to continue funding

The chairwoman of the reorganized Kansas Arts Commission has asked the National Endowment for the Arts to continue funding programs in the state amid concerns from commission members about how much money will be available for awarding grants in the state.

  1. So all Sam Brownback really did was to dump his arts council budget on the federal government about whom he complains bitterly...great governance as usual Sam, thanks

  2. Much as I support the arts in Kansas I don't think the NEA should reward my state any money since the state isn't giving any funding to the arts.
